The Summer edition of Venulum’s Uncorked Summer 2012 newsletter is available.

In uncorked this month we look at Chateau Latour and Bordeaux‘s famous left bank. A favourite wine of many, and one of the truly great wine growing regions. We describe how to decant wine, and which wines to decant.

For those with a scientific bent we give the full name of TCA, the chemical produced by the fungus that causes wine to be corked.
